VIP Customer Support Team
Our VIP Customer Support Team is the frontline for customers who need assistance diagnosing radio issues, ordering new radio equipment, or expediting repairs. The team takes incredible pride in treating each customer with respect, professionalism and consideration. No matter what the challenge, this team can handle it. Led by Mario, a 20-year veteran of Discount Two-Way Radio, our Customer Support Team handles 40-50 calls and operates like well-oiled Indy 500 pit crew.
"We know every client has the right to choose any business and our main focus is to always think of our customers first because with out customers, we would not exist," said Mario.

One of the reasons our customers like us so much is because of our Head Programmer, Marcos and his team of programming wizards. Not only does this crack team of experts offer the fastest, friendliest, and most accurate programming assistance in the country, the team also has more than 50 years of combined experience. From programming private calling functions to Motorola Data Communication (MDC) set up, this team programs more than 10,000 two-way radios a year!
“Just like there are no two companies that are exactly alike, no two programming files are exactly alike as well. The focal point of my department is to make sure each radio is programmed perfectly the first time, so the customer can use the radio straight out of the box the first time,” said Marcos.
